Delivery

Vault products are digital. Once Razorpay confirms your payment, a download link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, normally within minutes. There is no shipping and no account to create.

• The link stays active for 30 days. Save the files somewhere safe.
• If the email hasn’t arrived after 15 minutes, check spam, then email me and I’ll resend it.

7-day fix or refund

If a product is missing something, broken, or not what the page described, email me within 7 days of purchase. You choose: I fix it, or I refund you in full.

• Email rishiksaipersonal@gmail.com or reply to your delivery email.
• Include the email address you bought with so I can find the order.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Duplicate or failed charges

If you were charged twice, or charged without receiving a delivery email, tell me and I will refund the extra charge or resend the files, whichever you prefer. This applies at any time, not only within 7 days.

Cancellations

Because delivery is immediate, an order cannot be cancelled once the files have been sent. The 7-day policy above covers you instead.
