Privacy policy
This policy covers rishiksai.online, run by Rishik Sai Bandari in Hyderabad, India. It says what I collect, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
What I collect
- Contact and project forms: your name, email, and whatever you write in the form (company, project description, budget, timeline, message).
- Purchases: your name, email, the products bought, the amount, and the Razorpay order and payment IDs. I do not receive your card number, UPI PIN or bank details.
- Store activity: when you open a product page, add to cart or start checkout, the site records which product and, if you have already typed them, your name and email. This is how I see interest and follow up on failed deliveries.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit form submissions.
This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
Why
- To reply to you.
- To take payment and deliver what you bought.
- To keep the records a seller is required to keep.
- To stop spam and abuse.
Who processes it
- Razorpay processes payments.
- Google (Sheets and Gmail) stores form submissions and order records and sends email.
- Resend may be used to send delivery email.
- Vercel hosts the site.
I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long I keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Form submissions are kept until the conversation is finished or you ask me to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or withdraw consent for me to contact you, by emailing rishiksaipersonal@gmail.com. I act as the grievance contact for this site and will reply within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
